Ilköğretim ii. kademede sanat eğitiminde sınıf yönetimine ilişkin bir durum çalışması

Sınıf sosyal bir sistemdir. Öğretmenin, öğrencilerin öğrenme ihtiyaçlarını karşılamanın yanı sıra ikinci önemli görevi sınıfı yönetmektir. Dolayısıyla sınıfın organizasyonu ve yönetimi öğretmenin sorumluluk alanı içerisindedir. Öğrencinin başarısı için öğretimle sınıf yönetimi arasındaki birbirini tamamlayıcı ilişki göz ardı edilemez. Bu bilgiler ışığında öğretmenin öğretmenlik meslek bilgisi ile ilgili iki temel yeterlik alanından söz edilebilir. Bunlardan birincisi öğretim yöntemlerine ilişkin yeterlilikler, ikincisi sınıf yönetimi ile ilgili yeterliliklerdir. Sınıf yönetimi problemleri her alanda olduğu gibi görsel sanatlar alanında da görülmektedir. Bu çalışma sınıf yönetimi probleminin görsel sanatlar eğitimindeki tespitine dayalı bir durum çalışmasıdır. Bu araştırma kapsamında Konya ili Selçuklu ilçesine bağlı ilköğretim okulu II. Kademe Görsel Sanatlar Dersinde sınıf yönetimine ilişkin yapılan gözlem sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir.

The classroom is a social system. The teacher satisfies the necessity of the students, besides this, his second important duty is managing the classroom. So, the organization of the classroom and managing is in the area of the engagement of the teacher. For the success of the student the connection between the teaching and the managing of the classrom couldn't beg. On the evidence of these knowledges, we can speak about two proficiency basis about the knowledge of the teacher's work. First of them is the proficiency about the teaching methods, and the second is the proficiency about the managing of the classroom. The problems of managing of the classroom are seen in every area like ın visual arts. This study is a condition study about the problem of the managing of classroom on the visual arts teaching.Within the scope of this research, the observation results related to classroom management were evaluated, in the second degree of the visual arts course at the primary school of Selcuk district of Konya province.
