At the beginning of the main problems, derived from the teachers who are the applying persons, there are the traditional teaching and learning activities which are not to be able to be revised by the teachers with the help of following the new and developing Technologies. Nowadays, the need of the teachers who really have enough information about how to teach and learn well and succeed to direct the class and all educational activities successfully is increasing more and more.The organisations planned according to the changing economical, social and technological conditions, are in need of changing the behaviours of the human reseources and developing their performances. For that reason, they begin to give more and more importance to the education and the developing researches on education which are among the most important strategic plans (priorities). On the other hand, we have planned to find out the important problems of our education faculties derived from the applying activities and construction in the historical time period by now.
