As an international and multi-disciplinary publication, primary purpose of the International Journal of Business and Management Studies is to provide an outlet for scholarship in the areas of organization, business, management.

 
The International Journal of Business and Management  (IJBM) is a peer-reviewed social science journal. The Journal is biannual and most of the papers are based on selected papers from the annual International Conference on Business and Management.
 
IJBM invites high quality submissions in business and management. Contributions based on original research and employing a comparative international approach are particularly encouraged. Currently, only papers accepted for the International Conference on Business and Management  are published in the International Journal of Business and Management  (IJBM).
